It’s Day 91 of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s move is so simple you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it yourself. It’s the: PUNCHING BAG. This exercise requires a little bit of coordination and unlike most cardio moves, it focuses almost entirely on working your arms! If you’re interested in strengthening your shoulders and getting your sweat on at the same time, try the simple, but effective punching bag.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for somewhere between 45 and 60 seconds. When you’re done, take a break, then complete it again 3 to 5 times. If this is your first time trying something like this, start slow, then ramp up the speed. Be careful not to hit your face!
