It’s Day 92 of the one exercise a day challenge. We’re going belly up on today’s move which is the: CLIMB THE ROPE CRUNCH. This sneaky ab exercise is a super effective way to engage your obliques while increasing the range of motion in your hips, back, and hamstrings. I keep this one in my back pocket at all times because both the stretch and the burn feel so good 🔥🥰🙌
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
I recommend that you aim high with today’s rep count, somewhere between 100 and 500. That’s 50-250 on each side. Take as many breaks as you need to get there.
HOW TO MODIFY
If you’re not feeling the legs-in-the-air approach on this move, place your feet on the floor instead. This will put less pressure on your lower back.
