Word….It’s Day 96 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re gearing up to crush one of the most epic exercises in training history: BURPEES. Whether you love them or you hate them, you can’t ignore the fact that it’s a full body exercise and can be used as a cardio or core burner.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 50-100 burpees. Feel free to break them up in as many rounds as you need to.
HOW TO MODIFY
Remember that you can always step your feet out and in instead of hopping. You can also place your hands on a higher surface such as a sturdy bench or a couch to reduce the strain on your shoulders and/or wrists.
