Hey fam! It’s Day 97 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’ve got yet another full body move on the roster today: PIKE JUMPS! The cool thing about this exercise is that it’s great for strengthening and stretching your shoulders AND your legs.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
If you’re tip-toeing, set a timer for 60 seconds. Complete as many rounds of pike walks as you can in that time. When your time is up, take a break, then repeat this at least 3 more times. If you’re hopping, complete 15 jumps per round for a total of three rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can add a little extra strength work by increasing your air time. Try to float for as long as possible before you let your feet touch the ground!
