Hey there! It’s Day 98 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’ve been going hard the last few days. Today is no exception. We’re rocking: GROINERS. This animal-like movement is an amazing way to increase mobility in your hips, while workout your abs and your glutes. Not to mention that, sped up, it makes a wicked cardio move!

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 10-15 groiners before you take a break. Once you’ve taken that break, complete another 3-5 rounds!
HOW TO MODIFY
A simple way to modify this exercise is to walk your feet in and out instead of hopping. You can also place your hands on top of a sturdy bench or a couch to lift your torso a bit higher and reduce strain on your shoulders and wrists.
