Our athletic challengers will love this move because it helps to increase agility and endurance at the same time. And bonus: you’ll also work your abs without having to do a single crunch! HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
I recommend a short warmup of step jacks, from Day 1, before completing today’s move. Once you’re warmup, complete 50 quick switches without stopping. Take at least one minute to break and then do it again one or two more times!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Double it up for an added challenge. Complete 100 switches per round to get your heartrate up and build that extra burn I know you love 🔥🙌🥰
