Heyo! It’s Day 44 of the one exercise a day challenge. Today we’re rocking one of my all time favorite moves to work your inner thighs. It’s the: SOCK ABDUCTION. This exercise is a close cousin of the side lunge, which we learned on Day 25. Can you guess what tool we’re going to use? You guessed it. Your sock! HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
I’m gonna keep today’s workout real simple because the move can be challenging. Complete at least 20 repetitions on each side. If you’re feeling ambitious, throw in another round or two!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Complete all of your reps on one side before moving to the other, no matter how many you choose 💪😎🙌😬 I have faith in you!
