It’s Day 89 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re rocking a move that is sure to have your abdominals feeling right and tight: SOCK KNEE-INS. That’s right. It’s one of THOSE where the only piece of equipment you’ll need is a pair of socks. What I love is that you can complete this move slowly to help build core strength or speed it up to add an element of cardio training.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3 to 5 rounds of knee-ins, with 15 repetitions per round.
MODIFY THIS MOVE
If you’re not keen on this sliding knee-in, revisit our good friend the mountain climber from Day 52. Remember… whatever version of this move you choose to go with, you’re also welcome to place your hands on a higher surface, such as a couch or a stable chair.
