It’s Day 95 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re dropping into your thighs with today’s move. It’s the: SPIDER SIDE LUNGE. Yes! This is another superhero-esque move that will make your inner thighs feel like the gems that they are! Real talk though, this side lunge progression is a great way to add an element of mobility and flexibility to a great leg strengthener.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 20 spider side lunge shifts before you take your first break. Once you’ve done that, repeat for another 3 to 5 rounds.
MODIFY THIS MOVE
If the spidey-action isn’t feeling quite right for your body, don’t worry about it. Complete your standard side lunge instead.
