OMG, sis (or bro)! It’s Day 99 of the one exercise a day challenge and I simply couldn’t resist adding one of my favorite plyometric core moves before it ends. It’s the: BREAKDANCER. I give more details than necessary in the video, so give it a watch to find out how cool this exercise is!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 30 to 45 seconds. Once you’re done, take a break, then repeat the cycle 3 to 5 more times.
MODIFY THIS MOVE
If kicking your feet from side to side feels a bit too intense, revisit your Bear Crawl from day 48. You can either crawl forward and back or hold the position.
