This Month’s Recipe Guide

Each month, I send out a short recipe guide to Transform with Nadia studio members and training clients. In this month’s member newsletter, I focused especially on side-dishes, which tend to be among the hardest to plan on our own.The meals in this month’s guide are meant to help you start filling the gap with a mixture of sweet foods, savory foods, and solid nourishment for your body. They include:

  • Dairy-Free Stuffed Baked Apples

All recipes are gluten free, soy free, and have options for both meat eaters and vegans.
