25 Minute Twisting Flow for Back & Shoulders

This month’s yoga practice is a 25 minute flow designed t. There’s no equipment required, but if you have a set of blocks on hand, grab them. They always come in handy!

The poses in today’s practice include:

  • Chair Pose
  • Standing Forward Bend
  • Standing Twist
  • Low Lunge
  • Warrior One
  • Warrior Twist
  • Revolved Pyramid
  • Pyramid
  • Dancer’s Pose
  • Wide Legged Forward Fold
