It’s Monday! That means cardio and mobility training! Try today’s winning combo a cardio warmup with a quick yoga practice that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.
Heat It Up with a Cardio Workout 🔥
This cardio workout is designed to build some heat in your body! You can follow along with workout or watch it first and do the moves on your own! Feel free to use the notes section below if you have any questions or thoughts about the workout!
The exercise included are:
- Sprint forward + Backpedal (walk if you need to!)
- Side Shuffles
- V Steps
- Swinging Arms Squats
- High Knee Sprint
Complete 60 seconds of each move, every minute on the minute without breaks. Once you’ve completed them all the way through, take a quick break, then do it 1 or 2 more times!
Stretch & Mobilize with a Quick Yoga Flow
This month on Mondays, I’m excited to introduce a super short yoga flow you can complete post-cardio to help you increase your flexibility and cool down! Your muscle are the MOST mobile when they’re warm, so this is an opportunity to truly go deeper.

- Standing Forward Fold
- 1/2 Lift
- Reverse Triangle
- Warrior 2
- Low Lunge Twist with Arm Circles
- Half Split with Dynamic Movement
- Wide Legged Forward Fold (optional knee bends) + Twist
